PLEX-ID Software Tools
PLEX-ID software provides control for front-end processing, instrument control, data analysis, and reporting. The software consists of two components: stand-alone front-end processing software and an integrated graphical user interface software module for instrument control, data analysis, and reporting.
Front-end Processing Software
This intuitive software provides the ability to set up and track sample preparation from pre-extraction to amplification in four easy steps:
- Pre-Extraction
- Extraction
- PCR Setup
- Amplification
Each step is represented by a dedicated touchscreen interface that monitors all actions during the process and indicates when it is time to transfer samples to the next step.

PLEX-ID Analysis Software
The PLEX-ID analysis software is an integrated touchscreen interface that provides:
- A primary interface for data entry, instrument control, and monitoring
- A sample plate view to enter and review plate information, including plate barcode information and run status
- A data review mode to view results for individual or multiple plates, re-analyze data, or export results
- A password protected login screen with entry based upon user assigned rights
